A Little Slack

We have been a little slack in posting things on our blog. It may be because no one has commented on our blog. I guess we will keep it going in hopes that someone may make a comment.

This weekend marks the seventh game of the season for the 4 - 2 Auburn Tigers. We play the Arkansas Razorbacks this Saturday and we are preparing for our tailgate party. Our friends are roasting a whole hog for the tailgate. Join us as we beat the razorbacks and enjoy some roasted pig (pork). We will have all the trimings and drinks that go with the old fashioned Southern style hog roast. See you this Saturday on the plains.

We are so excited where God has us at this time in our lives – a place that our hearts have longed for. We are thoroughly enjoying being part of what God is doing at the Church of the Highlands at Auburn, AL. The Church of the Highlands has been an incredible journey for us, an experience that has challenged us spiritually and an encounter that has brought us to a new level of worship. We would recommend that all of our friends attend one of the morning services at least one time to see what is taken place.Pastor Sean Clark, the local pastor at Auburn, has done an incredible job of leading this church plant. The Auburn campus has been here for 16 months and it is truly amazing how God has blessed this church. All we can say is – just come and see!
